Pricing
All prices shown are per item. Prices include one-color, one-position imprint as shown. Set-up charges for printing screens, plates, or dies vary from item to item, as specified under each price grid. There also are additional charges for more than one-color imprints or multiple imprint locations. Further customization will be quoted on an individual basis. Prices in this catalog are effective January 2003. Prices are subject to change.

Production Time
Standard Service: This is normal production time as specified next to each item number. The following conditions apply:

  • If camera-ready artwork not supplied, add 1-2 days.
  • Must be credit approved or prepay order.
  • Includes one-color imprint in a standard color unless otherwise noted.
  • For logos, camera-ready art is required.
  • Special terms an/or conditions may apply - see specific product for details.
  • Available for quantities listed in catalog. For larger orders, please call.

Cancellations and Alterations
Once an item is in production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Over/Under Runs
We try to produce your order in the exact quantity specified, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.

Shipping
All items are shipped F.O.B. point of manufacture, and will be shippedin the most economical way unless otherwise instructed. Shipping and handling will be added to your invoice. For rush orders there is an additional delivery charge. See "Overnight Delivery for Rush Orders" on the order form.

Samples
Samples with random imprints are available (limit 3 per company). For items over $10, a credit card will be required.

Standard Imprint Information
To imprint your logo, trademark, or special lettering, please send us original black and white camera-ready artwork. Please do not fold, tape or staple; package between heavy cardboard. We also accept electronic files, call for specifications.

Imprint Colors
Most items can be imprinted with your choice of color. "Standard colors" include black, white, red, blue, navy, green, orange, and yellow with expanded options available depending on the product selected. If a PMS color is specified, there is an additional charge of $40 per color.

Imprint Placement
A space has been provided on the order form for you to sketch the desired placement of your custom printing (design or copy) within the imprint area specified. In the sketch area, or on separate paper, please clearly indicate where your imprint is to appear (for example, to the left or right of a cup handle). Multiple imprint locations, where available, have an additional set-up charge.
